ClawHQ
betaPrivacy-first personal AI agent platform
Deploy, configure, and personalize sovereign OpenClaw agents on your own hardware. Pick a blueprint, customize it, ClawHQ does the rest. Your agent, your data, your rules.
The problem
OpenClaw is the fastest-growing open-source AI agent project, but it is nearly impossible to operate correctly. ~13,500 tokens of config across 11+ files, silent landmines, memory bloat, most deployments abandoned within a month. Hosting providers now sell managed OpenClaw on a VPS with default configs — they solve convenience. Nobody solves sovereignty.
What it does
ClawHQ compiles blueprints — complete operational designs — into hardened, running OpenClaw agents. A blueprint configures identity, tools, skills, cron, integrations, security, autonomy, memory, and egress for a specific job. Pick one, customize it, deploy it. You get a Signal, Telegram, or Discord UI. Your data stays on your machine.
Everything in OpenClaw is a file or an API call. ClawHQ controls all of it programmatically.
What’s working
Blueprint engine with 7 internal blueprints, config generation with 14-landmine prevention, full deploy pipeline with container hardening, diagnostics + auto-fix (clawhq doctor runs 30 checks), sandboxed skill vetting, encrypted backup/restore, credential health probes, memory lifecycle, cloud provisioning across 4 providers, trust modes, audit trail.
What’s next
Agent runtime integration, web dashboard, distro installer.
Status
Pre-launch. Apache 2.0.
