Projects
Systems I build and run — some open-source, some private with the architecture shared.
Sterling
activeA sovereign, local-first advisory trading agent
An always-on trading assistant that briefs, watches levels against the plan, and proposes trades — but never places an order. Local models, deterministic pipelines, and a hash-chained event log as the system of record.
The journey
Tools I built, learned from, and deliberately retired. This space moves fast enough that retiring your own tools is a skill — each of these taught something that now lives inside what I run today.

Write a backlog with commander's intent; AI implements, validates, and merges — item by item, branch by branch, hands-off. Retired once Claude Code's own orchestration caught up.
